These terms govern your use of the Pink Route Logistics website. Dispatch services are governed by the signed dispatch agreement between Pink Route Logistics and the contracted motor carrier.
Nature of Services
Pink Route Logistics provides dispatch and administrative services to contracted motor carriers. We work on behalf of the carrier under an established dispatch relationship while the carrier maintains control over its transportation operations. The carrier retains its own operating authority, remains responsible for its equipment and drivers, and maintains the final decision to accept or reject any load.
Dispatch Service Fees
Dispatch service fees are a percentage of the gross transportation rate as selected by the carrier: PRL Rose 5%, PRL Blush 7%, or PRL Royal 9%. The contracted motor carrier is responsible for the agreed dispatch service fee according to the dispatch agreement and fee schedule. Fees are invoiced to the carrier and are not paid by the broker.
Broker Payment
Pink Route Logistics is not responsible if a broker or shipper fails to pay. Dispatch service fees cover the dispatch services performed on the carrier's behalf.
