Carrier information is used to review your application, communicate with you, set up your dispatch relationship, coordinate loads with brokers and shippers on your behalf, and provide the dispatch services described in your dispatch agreement.
Sharing
We do not sell carrier information. We share it only as needed to perform dispatch services — for example, providing carrier packet documents to a broker in connection with a load you have approved — or when required by law.
Retention & Security
We keep carrier records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet recordkeeping obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect that information.
