What you'll need
Onboarding requirements
Active MC/DOT Authority
An active Motor Carrier (MC) and US DOT number issued by the FMCSA. We'll verify your authority is active before booking loads.
Certificate of Insurance
A current COI listing Pink Route Logistics as certificate holder. Minimum $1,000,000 auto liability and $100,000 cargo coverage.
Completed Carrier Packet
Signed carrier agreement, W-9, and a voided check for setup. We'll send the packet once you start onboarding below.
Equipment Details
Truck and trailer type, along with your preferred lanes, so we can match you to the right freight from day one.
